Marketing

RECRUITMENT & TRAINING

New to the barre industry and not sure where to find your instructors? We’ve got your back. We’ll connect you with our network and help you with resources to recruit your instructors. Once you’ve found them, we’ll put them through our world-class training program. We can also assist with the recruitment and selection of admin and support staff as your business grows.

OPERATIONS & FINANCE

When you become an Xtend Barre franchisee, you’ll work with a dedicated person throughout the whole journey – from pre-sale, to ongoing operations.

In the time leading up to your studio opening, you’ll work with your Franchise Recruitment Consultant. They’ll connect you with resources for your property selection, fit out design, staff recruitment and timetable structure. And, they’ll stay with you for the first 4 weeks after you open the doors to provide extra support as you need it.

From there, you’ll meet your Xtend Barre Franchise Relationship Manager. Their goal is to help you achieve your return on investment as soon as possible, and they do this by helping you upskill financially, and connecting you with ongoing training for things like sales and marketing. Your Franchise Relationship Manager will partner with you ongoing, and are only a phone call away for personalised support every step of the way.
