HOW XTEND BARRE SUPPORTS FRANCHISEES
As well as national brand awareness, the Xtend Barre marketing team helps you to run your own local area marketing campaigns. You’ll receive training about the different types of campaigns, print and digital assets to use, as well as step by step guides on how to execute your marketing. From advice on your socials, to fully automated email marketing that keeps your members engaged, you’ll have access to the marketing resources you need to help your business grow.
In the time leading up to your studio opening, you’ll work with your Franchise Recruitment Consultant. They’ll connect you with resources for your property selection, fit out design, staff recruitment and timetable structure. And, they’ll stay with you for the first 4 weeks after you open the doors to provide extra support as you need it.
From there, you’ll meet your Xtend Barre Franchise Relationship Manager. Their goal is to help you achieve your return on investment as soon as possible, and they do this by helping you upskill financially, and connecting you with ongoing training for things like sales and marketing. Your Franchise Relationship Manager will partner with you ongoing, and are only a phone call away for personalised support every step of the way.
