As a professional dancer and Pilates instructor, she’s always been passionate about movement and wanted to create a new, fast-paced workout that combined the two disciplines and delivered results. XTEND Barre is now a global phenomenon with 70 locations worldwide and over 20 in Australia alone.

Kevin Mott
General Manager

As the General Manager of XTEND Barre Kevin is responsible for all operational aspects of the XTEND Barre business and is committed to supporting and growing the franchisees and their individual studios. With over 30 years in the fitness industry, both in the UK and Australia, Kevin has been involved, first hand in all aspects of a fitness business from PT to studio manager and later senior management roles. Kevin has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales and business management.

Helen is an experienced Business Development Manager who has worked in the Fitness Industry for over 30 years. Helen was employee number 1 of Anytime Fitness Australia and was instrumental in the growth and development of the Anytime Fitness brand. Helen specialises in relationship sales, customer service and connecting people and is excited about assisting people in exploring the XTEND Barre opportunity.

Brooke Daubney
Performance Coach

Brooke has extensive experience in the boutique fitness sector having started her fitness career at the prestigious Pilates business, Heartcore, in London. After moving back to Australia, Brooke commenced work with a start-up fitness studio, helping to grow the business from one studio to three in three years. After 7 years of juggling the role of Operations Manager, teacher training, class instruction and 2 littlies at home it was time to step up and share her experience over the previous decade by joining the XTEND Barre team as a Performance Coach. Brooke sees her role as a Performance Coach as a mix between helping Franchisees find ways to generate more income and grow their membership base whilst providing the emotional support needed when running your own business.

Anne-Sophie Palmer
Performance Coach & Franchise Support

After competing for 5 years in track and field, Anne-Sophie completed a Master of International Business and commenced working as a Trading Manager for an online media business. Realising her desire to get back into the fitness industry, Anne-Sophie trained to be a personal trainer and Pilates Instructor whilst also owning a wholesale business selling rehab and fitness equipment. Anne-Sophie has recently joined the XTEND Barre team and is passionate about supporting new franchisees during their studio launch.

Krystal Lee
Franchise Support Coordinator

Krystal is the Franchise Support Co-ordinator for XTEND Barre Australia. She is a long-time employee of CWG, having worked across various roles within the group. Prior to joining CWG, Krystal had a background in the beauty industry having been trained and worked at Toni & Guy. In addition to her passion for the fitness industry, Krystal also has a deep appreciation of the power of data-driven methodologies to solve the problems of business and is undertaking a degree in data science at the University of Sydney.

She provides ongoing support and guidance on best marketing practices to all franchisees and is committed to spreading the message of health, fitness and wellbeing.

Chloe Dallimore
XTEND Barre International Director of Training

Chloe is the owner of XTEND Barre Eastern Beaches, the XTEND Barre International Director of Training and one of XTEND Barre’s Master Trainers in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining the XTEND Barre family, Chloe trained in classical ballet from an early age. A severe arm injury whilst studying dance performance in London led her to the Pilates method. Her own rehabilitation via Pilates inspired her to commence training as a Pilates instructor with Alan Heardman in London. She delights in combining her passion for theatre and XTEND Barre, finding both worlds constantly overlapping.
