Step 1

Discovering more

Once we know you’re interested in becoming a franchisee, we’ll help you understand our business model. We’ll ask you to sign a non-disclosure agreement so you can see behind the scenes, and then work with you to see if XTEND is the right investment for you. To help you make your decision, it’s a good idea to take a tour of the territory you’re interested in, research the industry and check out any local competition.

Step 2

Let’s meet

Next, we’ll arrange a face-to-face meeting so we can get to know each other and you can ask any burning questions. We’ll give you a guided tour of one of our sites so you can see how things run in the day to day.

Step 3

It’s decision time

You’ve done your research, crunched the numbers and decided that XTEND is the right investment for you. Congratulations! The next step is to sign a Franchise Agreement Request and provide us with all the documentation we need to get the ball rolling.

Step 4

Secure your territory

Once everything is processed, we’ll meet again to finalise securing your franchise, which includes signing your Franchise Agreement and paying your fee. You’ll also meet your Franchise Consultant who’ll support as you get ready to open.

Step 5

Prepare to open

Now the fun can begin! With the support of the Collective Wellness Group team, you’ll nail down your property, design, fit out and marketing so you’re ready to open your doors to members. Then it’s over to you, safe in the knowledge that you’ve got access to the support and training to help your business thrive.

Step 6

Ongoing support

Once you’re up and running, you’ll meet your dedicated Franchise Relationship Manager. Their goal is to help you reach your business potential with ongoing support and face-to-face meetings.
